Returns & Exchanges

FOR US CUSTOMERS:

It is our goal to have all orders shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Your order will be shipped with UPS and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Timeframes may vary from country to country. Please allow 15-20 days for your order to arrive to you.

Be aware there may be mail delays that are outside of our control due to Covid-19, and during holiday peak seasons.

Once a package is sent, it can not be intercepted. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional postage fees will be inquired by the customer.

 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

All of our items are made to order in small batches. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including:

  • Non-personalized items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom or personalized items

 

Exceptions

 

We will gladly replace or correct your order only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a defect
  • An incorrect item was sent due to our error

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, or texture are normal due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
